Meet Declan a gorgeous orange tabby with the most beautiful deep orange stripes in between his light orange fur. He loves to eat, play, and snuggle. He gets along great with all the resident adult cats in the house and all the new baby foster kittens. He is a friend to everyone. He loves children to hold him. He has the most beautiful mint green eyes. He was rescued from outside the Orange County Court house during the heat wave.
