Mowgli is tiny, adorable and sweet.  He cries when he wants up, when he wants down, when he's hungry, when he's tired, & when he thinks the other kittens aren't playing fair (aka when he's not winning). He wants to sleep curled up under your chin, right over your heart. He l oves to play & be a feisty kitten, but needs his people time too.
