Loyal (or Lou) has the loudest purr, and he will start the purr machine anytime he is held, pet, or when his special person looks at him! He's a happy boy who loves to snuggle with his people. He will sometimes play with his siblings and with his toys, but purring in mommy's arms is definitely the best.
