Haans is a red 7.5 year old male. Hermann (aka Hermie) is a chocolate and tan 9.5 year old male. They need to stay together as they very attached to one another. Both are very sweet dogs. They love human attention and would thrive in an environment where someone is retired and home during the day. This is the environment they came from. Their preference is to be on the couch with you and nap, but they understand if they are not allowed on the furniture. They get along well with other dogs, proven by visits to the dog park. They show zero aggression to anyone, kids included. They have good appetites and are therefore a little on the plump side, but they have a clean bill of health from the vet. The dogs are crate trained and happily sleep together in a crate at night. They will bark occasionally, but no more than any dog would. These are not dogs that incessantly bark at nothing. Both dogs are on the mellow side and enjoy lounging. They do enjoy walks and are well behaved during them. They are house trained, however, they will mark if they are put under stress from inattention; hence the need for a solid home that can provide them ample love and attention.
