This is Pokey! Pokey was rescued by DREAM from Downey pound just before losing his life just for being homeless. Pokey and Mama Socks' litter were found as strays in LA County and that is how they ended up in the pound.

Pokey is just a good boy who is very, very playful; he has a bit of a crazy side in that he can be very animated and is always running around. Pokey got his name because he was the last to wean out of Mama Socks' litter of kittens.. Pokey can play rough at times but when he calms down, he loves to cuddle and love. Pokey has perfect house manners and like the rest of Mama Socks' litter, is very neat and clean. Pokey is a very social boy and seems to be developing quite the 'clowney' personality. Pokey would be fine in any situation; he likes dogs and it is recommended Pokey is adopted to a home with another playful kitty friend. Pokey is a very loving, special boy and will make a very loving companion to some lucky person!
