Oscar is very mellow, good with people and dogs. He loves to nap against people and never is any trouble. He loves to lay in bed with my dogs and me without any problems.  He's so sweet and kind. Oscar would love to find a forever home with his best friend Neno. They have been together since they were kittens!!
