Hi, I'm Marmalade!! I am appx 6 mos old; neutered male who had a very difficult start to my life. I was definitely abused by my former owners who turned me in at the shelter. My foster rescued me and I was so scared when I was rescued that I could not be handled for a while.. but, with patience and love, I have become very friendly and loving! I LOVE being cuddled and scratched. I LOVE playing and being brushed also! My fur is so soft! I have the most beautiful amber eyes and I purr now just when someone looks at me! I am more and more outgoing each day. I am forgetting about how scary things were and am now learning to trust that people can be kind to me. I would love to find my forever home with a special, patient person / family who I can trust. I will be very faithful and loving to anyone I know I can trust. I am completely house trained, have good manners and would be best as the only cat in the household.. I LOVE dogs but other cats are not my preference.. I guess you can say I am more of a dog person! I would also be best to be placed in a peaceful home with no young children. If I have all your attention, I won't stop cuddling and loving you!
