Brisco is a very sweet & shy little man. He was found in a car wash and has a docked tail from the machinery, though it doesnt impact his life one bit. He’s very independent and a little chatty, and loves to cuddle up next to his people, though he is not
a lapcat.
He will sleep in the bed with you, just not touching you or on you, and he will follow you around the house to have you in his line of sight. He doesn't enjoy toys on strings, or playing with you, but he’s a big fan of round poofy toys that he can throw around and chase. Laser toys are his favorite thing EVER! He’s obsessed with other cats, has the best potty manners, and will eat anything. Brisco is not super “active”, he enjoys being lazy, hiding, and lounging. He is skittish, and would do best in a calm and stable household with an older, nurturing cat or two. He should not be placed into a home with kids, lots of coming and going, dogs, or no other confident cats around. He needs a buddy to take him under their wing.
If you’re looking for a bestie to love your older cat, who is very low maintenance (he loves his scratcher, wont touch your plants, furniture, counters, or clothing) and simply wants to lounge in peace with his feline friend(s), he’s the boy for you. If you’re looking for a high energy cat that will play with you and your family and be out every time guests come over, he is not for you.
He’s small, maybe 7-8lbs, big feet, tiny head, not much of a tail (though he pretends he has it). Best way to win him over is wet food, patience, and pretending he’s not there. He will not let anyone handle him (not a fan of being picked up, cornered, or any contact not initiated by him), Can’t stress this enough, he LOVES other cats. Will do great in a home with a cat that will baby and nurture him (even though he’s not a baby) $50 adoption fee will be donated back to Dream
