This is Morty, AKA Mr. Morty or Lil' Guy. When Morty was found hi
s left eye was injured. He had surgery to remove one eye.
However, that didn't stop Morty from wanting to play with his other housemates or simply be cuddled and loved. He's independent and not needy but if you're sitting down you can count on him crawling up on your lap (and sometimes your chest) for some love. It took some time for Morty to trust humans and other animals, but now that he knows we give him lots of food, playtime and love, he will make someone so very happy. He must be an indoor cat only due to his special needs. He can still get startled with sudden movement but as soon as he hears your voice he is OK. Morty would be very happy with other pets who love kitties but he will also be happy as the only kitty in the house."
