Phillip is a large black and white tuxedo male cat who loves to make biscuits on the blanket. He is very well & mild mannered. He gets along great with other cats and dogs. He is litter box trained. He loves gazing out the window, playing with string toys or ribbons. He loves cat nip in all forms. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, combo tested negative.
