Despite being a very shy cat, Tussie is the most gentle and loving cat you can hope for. She needs a family who understands she needs time getting used to her surroundings and can be spooked by sudden movements. 

Tussie is the queen of hide and seek around the house, but despite her introverted tendencies, she is a sucker for a good head or belly rub. Instantly when you start petting her, you can see her personality come out, and hear her affectionate purrs for as long as you are willing to sit with her. She has never once hissed, clawed, or tried to bite someone, despite being around adults and kids alike. She is not a big fan of kisses but definitely likes treats - specifically while her head is being rubbed, she is more inclined to eat in general. Tussie would do best in a quiet home where she can feel comfortable and safe. She would be a great companion for anyone who has a lot of love and a little bit a of patience to give.
