Hi I’m California, or Cali for short.   I am a sensitive, intelligent girl and am told I learn quickly.   At one house I was at, I jumped on the counter to see what smelled so good.  The human told me that wasn’t allowed, and put me on the ground and so I never tried to do that again.   I also am very careful about always using my litter box and would never do my business anywhere else (the thought! Ugh!).   I take a little time to get comfortable in a new house, and may find a quiet place to keep to myself for a few days, but once I am settled in I am very affectionate and love attention and getting pets.  I prefer a home without dogs, and m y foster mom has not introduced me to her other cats yet, so I am not sure if I would be okay with a feline friend.  But I'm ready for a family to give all my love to, and have a forever home of my own!
