Carter  is the most adorable boy ever! His markings are perfect and he’s full of sass.  Carter  loves to lay on your lap, sleep on your pillow, nibble your toes, and run around like a crazy little boy. He’s very much a people kitty. Even though he enjoys playing with cats, he prefers to be around his foster mom.  Carter  has met a few dogs and adjusts just fine. He's ready for a furever home of his own!
