Koko is shy with new people, but she is a sweet & friendly girl once she warms up to you. She loves getting pets and cheek & chin scritches. She's also a playful girl and enjoys her toys. She's fairly laid back and is a lap cat on her terms. She loves getting brushed and purrs when she's brushed. 
 

Koko has hip dysplasia, so she doesn't like her hips touched, and also doesn't like being picked up since both are uncomfortable for her. She would do best with a family who understands her needs and can continue to manage her weight so it can be less taxing on her hips. Managing her diet can be hard to do because this girl is VERY food motivated!
 

She isn't fond of other cats, so she would do best in a home with no other pets, or with one other mellow cat who would give her the space she needs. She would love an adult-only home or a family with older kids that are respectful of her needs! This sweet girl is so ready to have a home of her own and give lots of love once she gets to know you!
